Not at all. Jiu Jitsu is how you get in shape. We’ll meet you where you are and help you build strength, cardio, and confidence over time.

If you don’t have a gi, no problem. We have loaners available. Wear athletic clothes you can move comfortably in (no zippers or buttons).

Gi classes use the traditional kimono and allow grips on the uniform. No-Gi is practiced in rash guards and shorts, with faster-paced movement and different grips. We offer both.

Nope. We’ll introduce sparring gradually, when you feel ready. You’ll never be thrown into live rolling without a foundation.
