Welcome to City of Palms Jiu Jitsu, operated by BQuickJJ LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”). We provide classes, memberships, events, products, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing, visiting, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, you should not use our Services.

SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND USE

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or

  • You are the parent or legal guardian of a minor participating in our Services

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering for memberships, trials, or purchases.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activity under it.

SECTION 2 – SERVICES

We offer Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes, training programs, memberships, private lessons, events, and related services.

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue Services at any time

  • Limit access to Services

  • Refuse service to anyone for any reason

Class schedules, instructors, and offerings may change at any time without notice.

SECTION 3 – MEMBERSHIPS, ORDERS & PURCHASES

When you purchase a membership, trial, private lesson, or product:

  • You are making an offer to purchase

  • We reserve the right to accept or decline any order

All purchases are:

  • Non-transferable

  • Subject to our refund or cancellation policies (if applicable)

We may not be able to accommodate cancellations once a purchase is processed.

SECTION 4 – PRICING & BILLING

Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information.
You authorize us to charge your payment method for all purchases made.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access to Services.

SECTION 5 – FACILITY USE & CONDUCT

By using our facility, you agree to:

  • Follow all posted rules and instructor guidance

  • Train safely and respectfully

  • Maintain proper hygiene and attire

We reserve the right to:

  • Remove or suspend any participant

  • Terminate memberships for unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior

SECTION 6 – HEALTH & SAFETY

Participation in martial arts and fitness activities involves inherent physical risk.

By using our Services, you acknowledge that:

  • You are voluntarily participating

  • You are responsible for your own health and physical condition

You should consult a physician before participating if you have any concerns.

SECTION 7 – PERSONAL PROPERTY

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property brought into our facility.

SECTION 8 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content associated with our Services—including:

  • Logos

  • Branding

  • Training materials

  • Website content

is the property of City of Palms Jiu Jitsu or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

SECTION 9 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our Services may include tools, platforms, or links to third-party providers.

We are not responsible for:

  • Third-party content

  • External websites

  • Services provided outside our control

Use of third-party services is at your own risk.

SECTION 10 – PRIVACY
